Want a stronger garage floor in Atlanta? Epoxy floor coatings work well for homes and workshops. They improve how your space looks and help protect it from stains, chemicals and wear. Your garage will be easier to clean, and the floor will last longer.
Make your garage or workshop work better for you with custom cabinets and storage built around your space and equipment. We design and build every cabinet in-house using our own CNC machine for a precise fit.
Polished concrete is a cost-effective, high-gloss flooring choice that's popular with major retailers.
It's strong, long-lasting, and easy to maintain. You can also add stains or dyes to match your brand or space. With the right installer, polished concrete is a smart option for any business, whether it's a large warehouse or a small family restaurant.
Upgrade your Atlanta space with durable epoxy floor coatings in a range of colors and textures.
Our epoxy floors are chemical-resistant and easy to clean, with an optional slip-resistant finish, so they suit most settings. Whether you need tough garage flooring, a modern showroom look, or a strong industrial surface, we have a solution that fits your needs.
Metallic epoxy flooring is a stylish and durable choice for homes and businesses in Atlanta.
It features a smooth, marble-like look created with reflective pigments and epoxy resin. The glossy, seamless finish is easy to clean and holds up well to scratches, stains and chemicals. That makes it a low-maintenance, long-lasting option that adds both beauty and function to your space.
Want to protect your concrete floors and keep their natural look? Grind and seal is a great choice.
This method gives a similar appearance to polished concrete but with a darker, richer finish. Instead of polishing the surface to a shine, we grind the concrete and apply a protective sealer that deepens its color and protects the surface.
Urethane cement, also known as polyurethane cement, is made for tough environments.
It stands up to heavy impacts, harsh chemicals, sudden temperature changes, and strong abrasion. This makes it ideal for industries like food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemical plants, and manufacturing. In places where cleanliness and durability are key, urethane cement provides a long-lasting, reliable surface that outperforms many other flooring options.
Protect your concrete floors from damage with concrete joint caulking.
We provide high-quality concrete floor joint caulking services in Atlanta, focusing on expansion and saw-cut control joints in commercial and industrial settings. Sealed joints help protect the slab edges from chipping, moisture and surface wear. With our reliable caulking services, you can extend the life of your floors and protect your investment.
We install epoxy floors and polished concrete floors all over Georgia, including Atlanta, Woodstock, Marietta, Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Jasper, Canton, Kennesaw, Sandy Springs, Acworth, Smyrna and more.

Our story began in 2010. I found myself working for my father's chauffeur company as a young college student. During my tenure, I learned about the real-life business operations and focus on excellence. My father taught me a lot while working with him and the one thing that has stuck with me was integrity. He instilled in me that integrity should never be compromised and that through life, integrity defines the character of any individual or business.
In 2016, after graduating college, I decided to focus on my passion and open Khays Services after the family name. We are a focused company that specializes in garage floors, epoxy floor coatings, concrete polishing, industrial floor coatings and commercial floors. Our team is a group of professionals who are passionate, dedicated and trained for every kind of job, from concrete coatings and grinding to polishing.
Over the past decade, we've worked on projects for Whole Foods Market, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and U.S. military bases, and we've never compromised on the integrity of our work.
